1. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Players who suffer from claustrophobia or any other medical conditions play at their own risk and will be solely responsible for any related incidents that may occur.
3. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol intoxication will be refused entry.
4. Players are required to arrive on time and are recommended to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. Any late arrivals may miss out on a portion of your game time. Refunds of any kind will not be provided under these circumstances.

Cancellation and Booking Amendment Policy:

No cash refund will be provided, though refund as credit or booking amendments can be made with the following applicable fees:

* A fee of $40 AUD applies for amendments made later than 5pm one day prior to your booked session.

* A fee of $10 may apply for amendments made within 7 days prior to your booked session.
