Terms and conditions

Things to know before you arrive:

Due to health and safety, there is a strict limit of six players maximum per theme.
Players will be split into smaller groups, playing through different themes. This can be done by our staff member on the day, though having pre-divided teams prior to arrival will save time, especially for larger groups.
Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
There are no onerous physical tasks involved, but some physical interactions may be required depending on the theme.
No other tools or items are required.
Minimum charge : 15 players. We require this amount as a deposit in order to secure your booking. A partial refund will be provided for reduction of players for bookings of more than 15 players.
Bit unsure on the number of players/date & times? That’s no problem! Let us know and we can temporarily reserve spots for you.

Terms and conditions:

1. Players who suffer from claustrophobia or any other medical conditions play at their own risk and will be solely responsible for any related incidents that may occur.
2. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol intoxication will be refused entry.

Cancellation and Booking Amendment Policy:

Full payment is due one week prior to session date.
In the event of cancellation, no cash refund will be provided. Refund as credit or booking amendments can be made with the following applicable fees:

* A fee of $40 AUD applies for amendments made later than 5pm one day prior to your booked session.
